A unique two-bedroom apartment featuring two private terraces totaling 40 m², perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Inside, guests enjoy modern furnishings, Smart TV, WiFi, and a full kitchen. The building includes elevator access for convenience. With accommodation for up to five guests, it’s an excellent choice for families or groups seeking both indoor comfort and outdoor space in Riga.
Our standard check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM.
All of our apartments are equipped with a self-service check-in system - we will send you apartment access instructions a few days before your arrival time regarding important information with included illustrations.
It is also important to let us know your planned arrival time as well as the planned check-out time so we can plan our schedule accordingly. In case you arrive in the city very early or if you have a late departure, please do let us know so we can provide you with access information to our luggage room which is located in the same building.

We offer parking on the premises, but note that the parking is underground and uses hydraulic lift. It is narrow and closed space! Minivans and SUV are not suitable for this parking. Only small and medium class cars.
In case you have a larger car or are afraid of maneuvering in tight spaces there is also a parking space a couple of minutes away at Barona street 23.

You can book an airport transfer service by contacting Bearsleys reception. You will need to provide the necessary information:
At arrivals, the driver will be holding a sign with your name on it, as well as escort you to the car and drive you to your booked apartment.
The price for a standard car (capacity up to 4 people) is 25 - 30 EUR.
The prices may vary depending on the traffic at the time.
You can pay with Credit Card or cash to the taxi driver.
We do not have a luggage room unit in this location.
In case you arrive in the city very early or if you have a late departure, please do let us know so we can provide you with access information to our nearest luggage room. It's a 5 - 10 minute taxi drive from the apartment building.
Starting from the 1st of January 2023, Riga has implemented a tourism tax, which is €1 for 1 person per night, a maximum of 10 nights in a row. This tax cannot reach more than €10 per person and is not applied to guests under the age of 18.

Wi-Fi is available in all apartments and is free of charge.
You will find a laminated information sheet containing WiFi information (such as the WiFi name and password).
For every guest who stays longer than 7 days, we offer cleaning that’s included in the price. It includes linen and towel change and overall tidying up of the apartment. It takes around 1.5 hours and the guest would need to be out of the apartment during this time.
If a guest would like to request a cleaning service yet is staying less than 7 days - a single-time cleaning service costs €30.
Pets are welcome!
If you plan to bring a pet or multiple pets with you to the apartment, please note it's a €30 pet fee for the whole stay. For longer stays, the guests needs to pay a safety deposit - it depends on the lenght of the stay.

We respectfully request that our guests do not smoke in our apartments or inside the courtyard. Smoking is allowed only on the street. Please be aware that all Bearsleys Apartments are non-smoking.
If the act of smoking in the apartment has been detected, we charge a fine of €200 as compensation from the guest. This fine covers the deep cleaning of the apartment, bed linens, furniture etc.
Since all of our apartments differ in size and space, not all of our apartments are available for families with children (infants and toddlers).
We don't offer baby beds and it is not recommended for young children or infants due to the small size of apartments in this location.
Taking into account the maximum capacity for these apartments are 2 adults, and the fact that there is no elevator in the building, we do not encourage choosing these apartments if you have a young child with you yet if it's okay with you - we do not mind.
