First Mir – Dance club/bar – the place hosts a large variety of artists, representing the music scene with genres such as house, progressive, techno, and other types of dance music. If you’re on the lookout for a bigger club – this place is for you. On a Friday night, most times the entrance fee is around €10, also depending on if there is a live music event happening. Top Club – LGBTQ-friendly bar/nightclub – From Sundays to Thursdays TOP is more of a quiet bar open from 9 pm to 2 am with no entrance fee but for weekend parties there is a small entrance fee. Significant, vibrant, polished, and intriguing. Address: Alfrēda Kalniņa iela 4

Tallinas Kvartāls – Hipster/food & drink / street-style vibe – located a bit outside of the center of Riga, Tallinas ielas kvartāls (Tallinas street quarter) has a bit of everything – great fast food, cocktails, and beer. Live music concerts / beer-pong contests/art exhibitions/street basketball tournaments tend to happen here as well together with the underground electronic music scene and rave culture.
